Job summary

Atlassian is seeking a Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering for the Strategic market in France and across EMEA. You will lead a growing SE team, shape the SE strategy, and partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to close high‑value strategic opportunities with a strong focus on AI and enterprise deployments.

The role requires global leadership experience, cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to drive execution while aligning with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience leading global Sales Engineering teams.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a growing Solutions Engineering team across EMEA.
• Define and execute a Solutions Engineering strategy aligned to Strategic markets.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, R&D, and Sales Enablement to influence roadmaps.
• Drive AI-enabled demos, value engineering, and executive engagements with customers.

Education
