Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer based in France. You will design a foundational platform layer to enable secure, production-grade AI applications, focusing on reusable infrastructure, data pipelines, and developer tooling.

You will work across Engineering, Product, and IT to establish patterns, governance, and scalable AI capabilities, with a fully remote setup that supports globally distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data/platform engineering or related field, building production systems.
• Strong Python and SQL proficiency; hands-on with LLMs and generative AI.
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector search, tool/function calling, AI agents, or enterprise knowledge systems.
• Experience with Snowflake/Databricks or modern data platforms and orchestration tools.

Responsabilités

• Design and build reusable platform capabilities for LLM apps, AI agents, RAG, tool calling, and AI workflows.
• Develop scalable data and knowledge pipelines for ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, vector search, metadata, and knowledge management.
• Build secure integrations between AI applications, enterprise data, and business systems using APIs and tooling.
• Develop reusable frameworks, libraries, services, SDKs, and developer tooling for efficient AI app development.
• Establish standards for AI deployment, observability, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Translate ambiguous AI opportunities into practical, scalable engineering solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI models/technologies to determine business value and impact.
