ScorePlay is seeking a Solutions Engineer to translate customer goals into clear end-to-end ScorePlay workflows, from capture and ingest to management and distribution, with a strong focus on pre-sales design and RFP responses across Europe. You will partner closely with Sales across EMEA, produce architecture diagrams and templates, and help scope deals.

This role is remote across Western Europe with ~20–30% travel to client sites and conferences, and you will be the trusted advisor balancing

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a technical role with real customer exposure.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage mixed technical and non-technical audiences.
• Nice to have awareness of media, broadcast or Media Asset Management workflows.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end responses to RFPs and tenders across EMEA.
