Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, technology due diligence, strategy, or leadership.
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams with senior stakeholders and delivering decision-ready outputs.
• Strong fundamentals in at least one area: product/engineering, software architecture and cloud, data/AI, cybersecurity, software delivery, or operating models.

Responsabilités

• Independently lead complex client engagements from scoping to delivery, balancing PM, team leadership, client service, and commercial aspects.
• Develop trusted relationships with senior investors, boards, and management.
• Lead due diligence and tech-focused engagements, identifying risks, opportunities, and post-deal value drivers.
