Medline, a leading medical-surgical products provider, is building a new Pricing organization in the EMEA region and seeks a commercially minded Pricing Manager to shape pricing across France, Belgium and the Netherlands.

You will lead pricing initiatives, support strategic negotiations, and use analytics to optimize performance while collaborating with Sales, Finance and Marketing to ensure disciplined price execution and profitable growth.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience in pricing, commercial excellence, sales operations, commercial finance or analytics.
• Commercial or sales-facing experience is strongly preferred.
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory; Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the EMEA pricing strategy within the local market.
• Implement annual price increases and pricing initiatives.
• Commercial support; Provide pricing and deal guidance for tenders, quotations, and strategic customer negotiations.
• Monitor pricing performance, discount levels, margin development, and price realization.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability through pricing optimization.
• Pricing analytics: Analyze customer, product, and market profitability.
• Customer and portfolio management.
