Medline international France is seeking a Manager Pricing France to oversee pricing policies, contracts, and tenders in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines. You will coordinate with Service, Commercial, Tender, and Finance to ensure pricing accuracy and consistency.

We expect a degree in management/finance, proven pricing experience, excellent Excel skills, and a proactive, data-driven mindset. The role offers hybrid work and an international environment.

Au sein de Medline international France, nous recherchons notre : Manager Pricing France (H/F) CDI - Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (78) Rattaché(e) au Head of Service clients France, le/la Manager Pricing France est garant(e) de la fiabilité, de la cohérence et de la bonne application des prix auprès de nos clients en France.

Véritable référent(e) Pricing, vous pilotez les processus et projets liés aux évolutions tarifaires, aux contrats et aux appels d’offres, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Service Clients, Commerciales, Appels d’Offres et Finance.

Vos Principales responsabilités

• Gestion et contrôle des prix
• Garantir la fiabilité, la cohérence et la bonne intégration des prix dans les différents systèmes.
• Contrôler les prix appliqués aux clients et identifier les éventuelles anomalies ou incohérences.
• Veiller à la bonne mise en œuvre des changements tarifaires et assurer leur suivi.
• Analyser et résoudre les problématiques liées aux prix en collaboration avec les équipes concernées.
• Pilotage des projets Pricing.
• Piloter les projets ayant un impact sur les prix : évolutions tarifaires, migrations de prix, nouveaux contrats, changements de références et switchs produits.
• Coordonner les différentes étapes des projets Pricing et s’assurer du respect des délais.
• Anticiper les impacts des changements tarifaires sur les systèmes et les processus.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Sales, Finance, Customer Service et Tender afin de garantir la cohérence et la bonne application des prix.
• Apporter son expertise Pricing aux équipes opérationnelles et accompagner les managers dans la résolution des problématiques tarifaires.
• Assurer une coordination étroite avec l’équipe Tender sur les sujets concernant les marchés publics, tout en maintenant des responsabilités Pricing et Tender distinctes.
• Identifier les axes d’amélioration des processus Pricing et proposer des solutions permettant de renforcer leur efficacité et leur fiabilité.
• Contribuer à la standardisation des pratiques et au renforcement des contrôles.
• Participer à l’amélioration de la qualité des données Pricing et à la sécurisation des processus associés.

Vous reconnaissez-vous ? Vous êtes titulaire d’une formation supérieure en gestion, commerce, finance ou équivalent et justifiez d’une expérience confirmée en Pricing, gestion tarifaire, administration des ventes ou dans un environnement similaire. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement Excel et êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques et les ERP. Vous disposez d’excellentes capacités d’analyse, d’organisation et de gestion des priorités, avec une attention particulière portée à la fiabilité des données. Habitué(e) à piloter plusieurs projets simultanément, vous savez travailler efficacement avec des équipes transverses et des interlocuteurs variés. Votre expérience en management d’équipe, vos qualités de leadership, votre esprit proactif et votre capacité à identifier et proposer des améliorations de processus seront des atouts essentiels pour réussir dans cette fonction. Enfin, vous disposez d’un anglais courant, vous permettant d’évoluer avec aisance dans un environnement international.
