Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Pricing Lead based in France to shape pricing strategy for a growing European payments business. You’ll own pricing models, go-to-market approaches, and tools across regions to protect margins and drive growth.

You will partner with Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology to implement scalable pricing, monitor profitability, and deliver data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial pricing and financial planning in high-transaction businesses.
• Strong understanding of payments pricing, card schemes, and cross-border payments.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Experience turning data into pricing strategies.
• Ability to respond to regulatory and market changes in pricing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing, and rollout of pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Tech to seize pricing opportunities.
• Ensure input costs and revenue reflect in pricing models with Finance.
• Develop scalable pricing tools for fast, accurate decisions.
• Monitor profitability across regions and business units.
• Lead re-pricing for existing customers.
• Design incentive and revenue-share arrangements.
• Establish customer-centric pricing processes.
• Develop teams and promote knowledge sharing.
