Lonza Group in Colmar, France (hybrid) seeks an EMEA Regional Pharma Marketing Lead to drive digital marketing strategies for its pharmaceutical portfolio, align global initiatives with regional needs, and convert engagement into revenue.

You will partner with marketing, sales and customer insights to develop revenue-driven campaigns, lead generation, and thought leadership, while collaborating across teams to position Lonza as a market leader in pharma marketing.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• Experience in marketing with proven expertise in digital marketing and revenue generation within the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industries.
• Fluent in English; French an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead execution of marketing strategies that drive revenue growth through enhanced lead generation and customer engagement at the EMEA level.
• Implement revenue-driven digital marketing initiatives such as webinars, paid media, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
• Leverage customer insights to inform marketing strategies and ensure campaigns resonate with target audiences.
