Job summary

Lonza, a world leader in Capsules & Health Ingredients, is seeking a Regional Pharma Marketing Lead - EMEA based in Colmar, France with a hybrid work setup. You will translate global pharma strategies into actionable regional plans, drive demand generation, and lead marketing initiatives across the Pharma portfolio.

You will develop market insights, customer value propositions, and integrated campaigns in collaboration with Sales, BD, and Global Marketing to deliver measurable business impact

Qualifications

• Masters in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in Pharma innovation/generics/CDMO/excipients provider industries.
• Strong strategic marketing, go-to-market planning and hands-on commercial execution.
• Ability to translate market, customer, competitive and tender intelligence into clear actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management across global, regional, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate the global pharma marketing strategy into an actionable EMEA plan with clear market segment priorities.
• Establish KPIs and roadmaps linking marketing activity to pipeline and customer engagement.
• Build market and tender intelligence with global Marketing Intelligence and Product Management teams.
• Lead regional marketing strategy to protect and grow the EMEA generics business and support tender prioritization.
• Collaborate with BD, Sales, Pricing and Product Management on portfolio, launches and lifecycle actions.
• Define campaigns and content priorities and oversee selected customer-facing events and thought leadership programs.
