Danaher Corporation is seeking a Payroll Specialist for the EMEA region (France) to own end-to-end payroll execution across assigned countries. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and strong internal controls while supporting harmonization across the region.

You will manage complex payroll requirements, coordinate with Senior and Payroll Analysts, and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives. Remote work options are available for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• 5+ years of payroll experience in multi-country environments.
• End-to-end payroll expertise with complex calculations.
• Able to manage priorities and handle escalations with discretion.

Responsabilités

• Process French payroll for multiple group companies with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with local, regional and national regulations.
• Manage off-cycle payments, adjustments and final pay calculations.
• Support system upgrades, integrations and standardized workflows across EMEA.
