Takara Bio Europe SAS is seeking a Business Development Manager, OEM & Industrial Enzyme Supply to drive revenue growth across the EMEA region, focusing on molecular diagnostics, genetics, oncology, and LDTs. You will identify opportunities, manage long sales cycles, and build strategic customer relationships with industrial clients.

The role requires a scientific background, 3–5 years in BD/sales, and the ability to negotiate multi-stakeholder deals while working with internal teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Life Sciences or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales and business development experience in life-science sector.
• Proven track record of developing and closing complex B2B opportunities.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements with industrial customers.
• Experience in molecular diagnostics, genetics, oncology or precision medicine.
• Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus.
• Understanding of IVD regulatory environment is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within OEM and Industrial Enzyme Supply.
• Develop strategic plans to achieve commercial objectives across assigned EMEA markets.
• Qualify opportunities, manage long sales cycles and close contracts.
• Build relationships with industrial customers and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor Takara Bio solutions.
• Provide reliable monthly forecasts and opportunity reviews.
