HID Global is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, EMEA, Linen Management Solutions to drive growth across luxury hotels and linen services in the EMEA region. You will lead prospecting, ROI-driven proposals, and close opportunities by collaborating with operations, finance, IT and ownership stakeholders.

The role emphasizes building a robust pipeline, coordinating pricing and contracting, and expanding partnerships with regional laundries and suppliers. Travel across countries is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful B2B sales in hospitality tech, hotel ops or linen services.
• Established relationships within the EMEA hotel market preferred.
• Experience managing long-cycle, multi-stakeholder opportunities spanning software, hardware and services.
• Knowledge of linen, laundry, RFID or inventory workflows is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination.

Responsabilités

• Own direct sales growth within the assigned EMEA territory focusing on luxury hotels and linen services.
• Build and convert a qualified pipeline via outbound prospecting, referrals, and installed base.
• Sell HID Acuity and Invotion Linen Management solutions based on customer needs.
• Lead discovery with hotel ops, finance, procurement, IT and ownership stakeholders.
• Develop ROI cases, proposals, demonstrations, pilots to show labor efficiency and inventory benefits.
• Coordinate internal resources for pricing, contracting and implementation handoff.
• Develop regional laundries and linen suppliers as a secondary channel and manage partner opportunities.
• Maintain Salesforce activity, pipeline stages, close plans, and forecasts to meet targets.
