Everpure is seeking a Healthcare & Life Sciences Principal, Business Development (EMEA) to partner with regional sales and Engineering leaders to shape and execute the EMEA HLS growth strategy. You will connect market opportunities to field execution: prioritizing segments and accounts, developing repeatable plays, and strengthening the partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

• HLS & Alliance Expertise: proven success leading strategic business development or alliance management in technology, with regulatory, data and compliance understanding for EMEA healthcare & life sciences.
• Cross-Functional Influence & Execution: partner with product, sales and engineering to implement global strategy with an execution mindset.
• Agile Collaboration & Communication: strong business acumen and communication in a fast-paced, cross-functional, multicultural EMEA environment.

Responsabilités

• Own the Pipeline & Financial Performance by developing a multi-year growth plan and ensuring pipeline visibility.
• Define the EMEA Value Proposition to drive growth and position Everpure as an industry leader.
• Architect & Execute Joint GTM Plans with priority partners and cross-functional teams to unlock new revenue streams.
• Orchestrate Strategic Alliances and operationalize relationships for reference architectures and go-to-market motions.
• Enable and mobilize the Partner Ecosystem with tools, training, and playbooks to position vertical solutions.
• Drive Joint Demand Gen & Thought Leadership as a credible advisor shaping the industry narrative.
