Job summary

Valmet seeks a senior leader to drive the Improvement Projects and Roll Services business across the EMEA region. You will guide strategic planning, evolve service delivery, and identify growth opportunities in collaboration with regional teams.

You will manage cross-functional, customer-facing initiatives, develop capacities, and travel approximately 40% to client sites and centers across EMEA. The role reports to the VP, EMEA Packaging and Paper Services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of international experience in sales leadership, service projects, or mill maintenance.
• Strong business acumen with proven strategic thinking and execution.
• People-oriented leadership in a global matrix organization.
