HID Global is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, EMEA for Linen Management Solutions in Barcelona, Spain. The role targets luxury hotels and hotel groups, selling HID Acuity and Invotion Linen Management solutions across the EMEA region.

You will lead multi-stakeholder engagements, demonstrate strong hospitality relationships, and drive ROI-based value propositions to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of B2B sales experience in hospitality tech or linen services.
• Established relationships in the EMEA hotel market are preferred.
• Experience managing long-cycle, multi-stakeholder opportunities.
• Knowledge of linen, laundry, RFID, or inventory workflows is advantageous.
• Proven hunter mentality with a track record of securing new business.

Responsabilités

• Own direct sales growth in the assigned EMEA territory, focusing on luxury hotels and hospitality groups.
• Build and convert a qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting and referrals.
• Sell Linen Management solutions based on client needs and readiness to change.
• Lead discovery with hotel ops, finance, procurement, IT, and ownership stakeholders.
• Develop ROI cases, proposals, site assessments, and pilots tied to labor and inventory improvements.
• Coordinate internal resources for pricing, contracting, and implementation handoff.
