Hyatt is seeking a Global Sales Specialist in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region to support the Global Sales team and strengthen customer relationships. You will work with corporate accounts and Meetings & Events teams, handling group leads, RFPs, audits, and reporting while coordinating with Hyatt offices worldwide.

This fixed-term maternity cover role focuses on delivering against regional priorities, maintaining accurate sales systems, and applying expertise across Envision, Lanyon,

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support within the hospitality industry.
• Strong administrative, organizational and task management skills.
• Knowledge of sales processes, including account management support, group leads, RFPs, audits and performance reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of Envision, Lanyon, Cognos and 360.
• Ability to understand and report on success metrics and KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Support the Global Sales team on behalf of the region, helping deliver against priorities and objectives.
• Assist account management activities, including group leads and the RFP process.
• Track metrics and prepare relevant reports.
• Maintain regular communication with Hyatt Sales Force offices globally.
• Keep Hyatt’s Sales systems accurate under the Head of Segment supervision.
• Apply knowledge of systems and procedures to support business goals.
• Stay current on technical knowledge and apply learnings to day-to-day responsibilities.
• Support the Sales team with production reporting and QBR templates.
