• Experience in a B2B sales or account management role within manufacturing or technical environments.
• Proactive commercial mindset with enthusiasm for developing new business and relationships.
• Confidence approaching new customers, identifying opportunities and converting them.
• Interest in technical products and willingness to learn manufacturing processes and customer applications.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Experience managing sales opportunities from prospecting through contract negotiation.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales growth by managing existing accounts and developing new opportunities across Europe.
• Understand production flows, manufacturing processes and cost drivers to optimize pricing and delivery.
• Build and expand long-term customer relationships as primary commercial contact.
• Lead opportunities from prospecting to quotation, negotiation and contract closure.
• Lead customer meetings, prepare offers and negotiate contracts with internal support.
• Develop understanding of customers' applications and provide technical solutions.
• Gather market insights and share feedback with Operations, R&D and Product teams.
• Maintain a sales pipeline, prepare forecasts and keep CRM data up to date.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and Technical teams for delivery and satisfaction.
• Participate in customer visits, trade fairs and events to strengthen relationships and opportunities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring quality and safety compliance.
• Travel regularly across Europe to visit customers and develop business.
