Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in a senior strategic commercial management capacity within a global, fast paced environment.
• Extensive experience leading sales teams in all traditional areas of sales.
• Proven record of leadership and managing a sales organization with regional responsibility and establishing long term strategic growth initiatives required.
• Proven leadership capability; ability to attract, engage and develop people and build credibility with customers and teams.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with ability to drive revenue growth, top-line performance, budget delivery, forecasting accuracy, and market share gains.

Responsabilités

• Owns the EMEA commercial strategy and regional operating plan, translating global priorities into actions that deliver revenue growth and budget performance.
• Leads the EMEA sales organization across direct, inside, distributor channels, and support teams to achieve orders, revenue, margin, and customer experience targets.
• Builds and manages the regional operating plan, forecasting process, budget inputs, resource allocation, and investment priorities in partnership with finance and leadership.
• Identifies strategic growth opportunities across EMEA including market expansion, customer segmentation, and portfolio adoption.
• Partners with global leadership to align regional strategy with product, marketing, operations, finance, and supply chain priorities.
