CSafe, LLC is seeking a dynamic Sales Director – France to grow the European sales team and secure major clients in life sciences and logistics. You will hunt for new business, craft compelling proposals, and drive revenue across multiple regions, collaborating with global teams.

In this role you will manage end-to-end sales from prospecting to close, develop territory plans, and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Business, Life Sciences, Supply Chain Logistics or related fields.
• At least 10+ years experience in B2B Sales in Life Sciences, Thermal Packaging or related fields.
• Strong prospecting, qualifying, influencing, negotiation and sales closing skills.
• Proven sales hunter experience achieving set targets.
• Working within an international capacity.
• Strong IT and analytical skills; proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts meeting sales quotas.
• Work with regional sales teams to deliver CSafe solutions aligned with global strategy.
• Drive the full sales cycle from initial engagement to closing.
• Prospect via direct methods (calls, meetings) and via networking/LinkedIn.
• Liaise with global account managers to grow key accounts.
• Qualify prospects against criteria and assist with RFQs and QBRs.
• Develop and maintain territory and key account plans; report sales activity.
