Job summary

Cryoport Systems is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue by acquiring and nurturing new and existing clients across France and the broader EMEA region. The role supports Business Development Directors and requires Salesforce CRM proficiency, strong communication, and a proven sales background in logistics/healthcare.

Open to remote work within the France/EMEA footprint, compensation is profile-based and will reflect experience and market conditions.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in a business or scientific discipline.
• Understanding of logistics field requirements.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in logistics/healthcare.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Proven problem solver and independent thinker.
• Business background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective accounts, qualify leads, initiate outreach and schedule introductory calls.
• Manage and nurture transactional accounts; respond quickly to inquiries, renewals and service requests.
• Prepare quotes, process orders and coordinate with internal teams; update Salesforce CRM records.
• Respond to customer inquiries; provide product and service information and resolve issues.
• Support EMEA pipeline development with Business Development Directors.
• Share market intelligence and help transition accounts from prospecting to active management.
• Maintain accurate leads, opportunities and activities in Salesforce CRM and report progress toward targets.
• Monitor competition and market conditions; gather pricing and product information.
• Influence client decisions and anticipate objections independently.
• Participate in meetings, training and self-development to support team targets.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
