BDA is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support our rapidly growing EMEA division across the UK, France, and Germany. You will act as the primary HR partner to Directors and employees, guiding organizational design, talent development, and change initiatives within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Ideal candidates will bring senior HR generalist experience in a multinational setting, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English; French and/or German skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as HR business partner for multinational environment.
• Experience supporting UK/France/Germany contexts including employee relations and change management.
• Knowledge of country-specific employment practices and HR compliance.

Responsabilités

• Act as primary HR partner for leaders across UK, France, and Germany, providing strategic and hands‑on support across the employee lifecycle.
• Coach leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, performance management, and change leadership.
• Lead complex employee relations matters including investigations, performance concerns, grievances, disciplinary processes, and exits.
• Collaborate with Legal and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure HR practices align with country requirements.
