LANDI Global Partnership seeks a Regional Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to deliver effective HR solutions across the EMEA region. You will work with regional leaders and the Global HR team to implement people initiatives, ensure compliance, and support business growth in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities include compensation administration, talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, performance and employee relations, and HR projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 5 years of HR generalist or HR Business Partner experience.
• Experience supporting multiple countries or regions is preferred.
• Knowledge of employment practices and labour legislation.
• Experience working with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate compensation & HR administration activities, including salary reviews and benchmarking.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and company policies; support HR audits.
• Partner with managers to provide day-to-day HR guidance and workforce planning.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding activities.
• Support onboarding, transfers, promotions and offboarding; maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate performance review and goal-setting processes; coach managers.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and investigations when needed.
• Support regional and global HR initiatives and develop HR reports and analytics.
