LumApps in Paris is seeking a high-energy Senior Director, Field Marketing EMEA to build and lead regional marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue across Europe. This role partners with regional sales to deploy ABM programs, customer marketing, and joint initiatives with partners while leading a growing team in a fast-paced, matrixed global marketing organization.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, 5+ years in field marketing leadership in EMEA, and fluency in

Qualifications

10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing.
5+ years in field marketing leadership within EMEA.
Proven track record as a builder-doer who can both plan and execute.
Experience partnering with enterprise sales teams, running ABM programs and field events.
Strong analytical skills with budget management, pipeline attribution, and reporting tools.

Responsabilités

Architect and execute the EMEA field marketing playbook and programs.
Partner with regional sales leadership to align initiatives with quotas and target accounts.
Build out regional customer marketing, advisory boards, and case studies.
Lead and grow a team of field and customer marketers, manage the regional budget and ROI tracking.
Serve as the voice of the EMEA market within the global marketing organization and localize content.
