Zusammenfassung

Anthropic in Paris seeks an experienced Customer Success Manager for Southern Europe to drive strategic partnerships with high-value customers across EMEA. You will guide adoption of Claude API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code, ensuring maximum value and strong relationships.

You'll craft adoption strategies, align with product and sales teams, and scale usage across organizations while navigating multiple time zones.

Qualifikationen

6+ years in customer-facing roles with strategic impact.
Experience managing both consumption- and seat-based models.
Strong fluency in AI/ML concepts and API integrations.
Ability to articulate technical products to varied audiences.
Strategic thinker with cross-functional collaboration skills.
Comfort working across time zones from EMEA to US HQ.
Fluency in French, Spanish and English.

Aufgaben

Build strategic relationships with EMEA decision makers to enable expansion.
Become an expert in Anthropic's Claude offerings to guide customers.
Drive usage planning and optimize consumption and seat-based deployments.
Monitor usage for optimization and real value with contracted commitments.
Communicate product roadmap and gather feedback to inform priorities.
Develop and execute change management for end-user adoption.
Own end-to-end customer lifecycle and quarterly business reviews.
Develop regional processes and represent Anthropic in the region.
