OneStream is seeking a Customer Success Manager for EMEA to guide 60 Tier 3 accounts across the region, primarily based in France. The role blends remote work with a hybrid pattern, including 1–2 days weekly in Paris to foster collaboration and occasional client visits.

You will drive adoption, expansion, and renewal, partnering with sales and cross-functional teams while delivering measurable business outcomes for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience overall.
• At least 3 years in a SaaS Customer Success role.
• Ability to drive customer adoption and renewal.
• Strong relationship-building with executives.
• Fluent in English and French at business level.

Responsabilités

• Own adoption, expansion, and renewal for 60 Tier 3 accounts across EMEA.
• Partner with Sales for a comprehensive sales transition and onboarding.
• Lead regional business reviews and mitigate risks to customer success.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximize customer value.
• Develop knowledge of OneStream platform and Marketplace solutions.
