EMEA Customer Success Leader

Job summary

OneStream Software is seeking a Director, Customer Success for EMEA (Southern and Central Europe) based in France. You will lead a high-performing CS organization across regional portfolios, driving adoption, expansion, retention, and customer value from onboarding through renewal.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Support to align efforts, mentor a team of CS professionals, and ensure executive-level relationships with key customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; advanced degree considered in lieu of professional experience.
• 10+ years in a related function with direct customer advocacy and engagement experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in Customer Success, Consulting, Account Management, or Sales/Pre-Sales.
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing complex customer portfolios and C-level executives.
• Extensive SaaS experience.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance functions including financial close, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional customer success strategies aligned with global objectives and local market needs.
• Drive adoption, expansion, and retention using data-driven insights.
• Strategize with CS leadership and Sales leadership across the region.
• Deliver deep internal QBRs to CS and Sales leadership.
• Identify expansion opportunities and secure commitments to strengthen customer relationships.
• Lead senior managers and CS professionals to high performance.
• Mentor teams, promote knowledge sharing, and support professional development.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Product, Support, and Operations to align efforts and drive outcomes.
