Job summary

L‑Acoustics is seeking a CEO EMEA to lead and accelerate performance across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will consolidate regional commercial activities, shape strategy, and build a high‑performing leadership team.

You will partner with global heads, drive revenue and profitability, ensure governance, and maintain brand equity while guiding market development in a dynamic premium pro audio space.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business management or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in General Management, ideally as Country/Regional P&L leader.
• Proven track record of P&L leadership in the EMEA region.
• Experience within a technology‑driven, B2B environment.
• Proven expertise developing effective strategies in close collaboration with global functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and build a high‑performing EMEA leadership team.
• Drive revenue growth and regional go‑to‑market leadership.
• Define budgets, governance, and KPIs for the region.
• Represent L‑Acoustics brand across EMEA with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global leadership to translate strategy into regional execution.
