Zusammenfassung

L‑Acoustics is seeking an Executive Director of Product Management to oversee product management across Solutions, Software, Services, Innovation, Loudspeakers, and Electronics. You will lead Directors of Product Management, define requirements, roadmaps, and lifecycle from concept to launch, and collaborate with senior leaders to drive large-scale initiatives.

The role requires proactive leadership to manage a broad product portfolio and to foster innovation with a lifecycle-focused mindset

Qualifikationen

• Leadership experience in product management at senior/exec level.
• Ability to define product strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle management across multiple divisions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Sales, and Marketing.

• Develop, grow, and optimize the product management function, establishing governance and best practices.
• Define and execute the overall product management strategy aligned with company goals.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate Directors of Product Management to ensure success across all products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful launches.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and positioning to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Drive the entire product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life and continuous improvement.
