The Executive Director of Product Management will oversee all aspects of product management across all L‑Acoustics product divisions: Solutions, Software, Services, Innovation, Loudspeakers, and Electronics. This individual will work closely with cross‑functional teams to define product requirements, develop roadmaps, and manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch. The role also includes managing and developing a team of Directors of Product Management and collaborating with senior leaders across the organization. This position requires strong, proactive leadership and the ability to drive large‑scale product initiatives with a lifecycle‑focused mindset.

Develop, grow, and optimize the product management function by establishing decision‑making processes, governance, and best practices, while promoting stakeholder engagement.
Define and execute the overall product management strategy aligned with company goals.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Product Management Directors, ensuring success across all products and services, including development, growth, pricing, operations, and financial performance.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (R&D, Application Projects, Sales/Business Development) to define product roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful launches.
Communicate product vision, strategy, and positioning to internal stakeholders and act as an ambassador externally.
Drive the entire product lifecycle—from ideation to development, launch, enhancement, and end‑of‑life.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Product Management division.
Provide regular updates to top management on product strategy, performance, and milestones.
