Scaleway is looking for a dedicated member to join their Elite Support team in Paris. This role focuses on resolving high-priority incidents for premium clients, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Cloud architecture, Linux systems, and incident management. A commitment to customer care in both French and English is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience supporting or deploying complex Cloud architectures (IaaS/PaaS).
• Hands-on experience with Linux systems and networking.
• Strong familiarity with SLA enforcement and incident management frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Prioritize, investigate, and resolve critical incidents for premium clients.
• Ensure compliance with response times and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Communicate effectively with clients in French and English.
