Scaleway is seeking an IT Support enthusiast to strengthen daily operations across our Paris offices. You will assist with hardware preparation, workstation setup, and day-to-day user support to keep Scaleway teams productive.

Working in a small, collaborative team, you’ll handle onboarding/offboarding, manage IT equipment, and respond to tickets in Jira or Helpdesk. A hands-on mindset and proactive problem solving are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Currently studying in IT or related field (post-bac or higher).
• First experience or strong interest in IT support or hardware maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of PC & Mac setup and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Jira or Helpdesk ticketing tools is a plus.
• Interest in IT operations and providing user support.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and configure new computers (PC & Mac) for employees.
• Refurbish and maintain existing hardware and equipment.
• Respond to IT support tickets via Helpdesk tools (Jira, etc.).
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support installation of new office spaces (screens, network, meeting rooms).
• Help manage and track IT equipment and inventory.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to internal teams.
• Contribute to improving Helpdesk processes and efficiency.
