KONE is seeking a Field Service professional to uphold customer satisfaction through proactive on-site communication and precise reporting in Strasbourg, France. The role focuses on equipment safety, site management, and timely service deliveries with a strong emphasis on safety and customer relations.

The ideal candidate will manage on-site operations, communicate risks, and perform planned maintenance, callouts, and unplanned repairs as needed, while maintaining high safety and reporting

Responsabilités

• Responsible for customer satisfaction through quality of service and on-site communication (callout ETA, job performed).
• Accurate and real-time back reporting of work performed (at equipment level) to ensure accuracy of e-Optimum and Customer Notification.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, on-site contact person and end-users using the Ambassador attitude.
• Ensure equipment safety and performance, and manage the site environment during service operations.
• Identify site risks and communicate them to the supervisor; take immediate action on site for high risk and apply escalation procedures.
• Identify unplanned service repairs based on equipment needs, obtain on-site approval if not covered by the contract, and perform them.
• Support the end-users and site safety; ensure a safe working environment and perform service visits within the schedule and quality standards.
