KONE is seeking a dedicated service professional to drive customer satisfaction on-site through proactive communication and precise reporting. You will ensure equipment safety, manage the on-site environment, identify risks, and escalate issues promptly.

You will also spot unplanned repairs, secure approvals, and perform them when needed. As a key liaison with customers and end-users, you will plan service visits, maintain safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement in

Qualifications

• Experience in service operations focusing on on-site communication and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to report work performed at equipment level for systems like e-Optimum.
• Demonstrated ambassador attitude and strong customer relationship skills.
• Responsible for equipment safety, site environment, and risk communication.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for customer satisfaction through quality of service and proactive on-site communication.
• Back reporting of work performed to ensure accuracy of e-Optimum and customer notification.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, on-site contact persons and end-users.
• Ensure equipment safety and performance; manage site environment during service operations.
• Identify site risk and communicate to supervisor; take immediate action if high risk identified; apply escalation procedure.
• Identify unplanned service repairs based on equipment needs and obtain approval if not contract-covered; perform them.
• Ensure end-users site safety and safe working environment; perform planned maintenance, callouts and service repairs within schedules and quality standards.
• Plan workload in coordination with service supervisor; raise sales leads; provide precise back reporting; submit time sheets.
• Manage proximity stock (shelving, inventory, stock transfer) and request spare parts as needed; keep tools and van safe and maintained.
• Contribute to product/process/safety improvements by feeding back to PCM organization.
