Ajax Systems is seeking an on-site trainer and technical liaison for our distributor network in France. You will conduct live product demonstrations, support local electricians and project teams, and coordinate training and certification programs.

You will work closely with distributor sales teams and our headquarters to relay technical inquiries, host quarterly webinars, and keep branches updated on new products and features. A strong technical background and proactive mindset are essential.

• Strong technical background in electrical systems and security products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and teams.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsabilités

• Conduct on-site demonstrations for electricians and project teams at distributor branches.
• Collaborate with distributor sales teams to support customer visits and live demos.
• Facilitate commercial and technical training for distributor branches.
• Support events organized by distributors or our company with technical and commercial expertise.
• Act as liaison between customers and Ajax HQ, routing technical inquiries appropriately.
• Coordinate and deliver certification programs, locally or via webinars.
• Update distributor branches on new products, features, and functionalities.
• Lead quarterly webinars for electrical installers on core technologies and updates.
