Ajax Systems is seeking a technically skilled professional in Strasbourg to support the Global Business Development team. You will assist in customer meetings, conduct product seminars, and present new features to distributors and installers.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT or electronic engineering.
• Professional experience with alarm systems, video surveillance, security or telecommunications.
• Excellent working knowledge of alarm systems and IP CCTV.
• Experience in installing/designing alarm or video surveillance systems.
• Experience delivering training or public speaking is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist business development manager for customer meetings.
• Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations and webinars.
• Present new products and features to distributors and installers.
• Teach distributors' technical staff to improve product knowledge.
• Promote product solutions based on customer needs and technical consultation.
• Conduct market research and compare competing products.
• Develop long-term relationships with key partners.
• Beta test features and write technical documentation for new products.
• Analyze customer needs with the sales team.
