Jobtailor in Île-de-France is seeking an experienced maintenance technician for alarm and network security systems. You will handle access control, intrusion detection, and video surveillance, ensuring consistent service delivery.

You will train users, advise clients, and act as a trusted contact to maximize customer satisfaction. A technical background in electrotechnics or related IT fields and hands-on security tech experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on field experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of electronic security solutions.
• Experience with configuration and programming of electronic security management systems.
• Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing) and Windows environment proficiency.
• AFPA TSSIV or BEP/Bac Pro/BTS in electrotechnics or related IT field is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide user training and knowledge transfer.
