Ajax is seeking a technical engagement specialist in the Strasbourg region to support business development with distributors and installers. The role involves presenting new products, conducting training, and leading demonstrations to showcase features and solutions.

You will travel regionally to teach, test features, and write documentation, collaborating with the sales team to address customer needs and advance security technology adoption.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in IT or electronic engineering.
• Proven experience with alarm systems, video surveillance and security.
• Excellent knowledge of alarm systems and IP CCTV.
• Experience installing or designing alarm/video systems, fire alarms or access control.
• Experience delivering training or public speaking is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to travel regionally.

Responsabilités

• Assist business development manager for customer meetings.
• Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, and webinars.
• Present products and features to Ajax distributors and installers.
• Teach technical staff to increase product knowledge.
• Promote solutions based on customer needs and provide technical support.
• Perform market research and compare competitor products.
• Develop long-term relationships with key partners.
• Beta test features and write technical documentation with the team.
• Analyze customer needs in collaboration with sales.
