Ajax Systems, a leading international security manufacturer, seeks an on-site liaison in France (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes) to demonstrate products at distributor branches, support sales teams, and deliver technical and commercial training. You will coordinate certification programs, organize events, and relay inquiries to our headquarters while keeping distributors informed about new products and features.

Qualifications

• Experience in intrusion market and electrical distribution
• Strong technical background with understanding of electrical systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with customers and internal teams

Responsabilités

• Conduct on-site demonstrations at distributor branches to showcase Ajax products and solutions to electricians and project teams.
• Collaborate with distributor sales teams to support customer visits and live demonstrations with technical assistance.
• Facilitate commercial and technical training for distributor branches to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
• Support events organized by distributors or the company with commercial and technical expertise.
• Act as liaison between customers and our headquarters, filtering and routing technical inquiries.
• Coordinate and deliver certification programs, locally or via webinars, for electrical customers.
• Regularly update distributor branches on new products, features and functionalities.
• Conduct quarterly webinars for electrical installers covering core technologies and updates.
