OP Mobility is seeking an HR talent development apprentice to build and maintain a community of young talents and support deployment of key HR processes within the Business Group. The role focuses on improving talent pipelines, performance reviews, and people development activities.

The ideal candidate is enrolled in a Master’s program in HR or a related field, with strong communication skills, rigor, autonomy, and teamwork, and daily use of PowerPoint and Excel.

Qualifications

• Master's student in Human Resources or related field.
• Good communications skills.
• Rigor and precision, autonomy, team working.
• Very good knowledge with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel used daily).

Responsabilités

• Create and animate a community of Young Talents to reinforce our pipeline.
• Support deployment of Talent Development processes to ensure smooth roll-out and value added output (Performance Reviews, Development Reviews, People Reviews).
• Follow key indicators and drive action plans to reach Diversity and Youth Employment targets.
• Support Turn Over analysis to identify root causes and build consistent action plans.
• Drive the People Engagement Process.
