OPmobility is seeking an HR Talent Development Apprentice to join the Talent Development team within the BG. You will help to design and deploy talent practices, build a pipeline of Young Talents, and support processes like Performance, Development, and People Reviews.
The role requires a Master's student in HR or related field, strong communication, rigor, autonomy, and teamwork, with daily use of PowerPoint and Excel. An international environment and impactful projects await.
