Jobtailor is seeking an IT Support specialist to address IDEMIA IT related issues under defined service levels. You will resolve and document Level 1 and occasional Level 2 requests from users and support the installation and maintenance of operating systems, software and applications.

You will coordinate communications with internal and external customers, assist external providers, ensure compliance with company standards, and manage IT assets and access to IT tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support
• Knowledge of operating systems, software and applications
• Ability to manage communication with internal and external customers
• Experience in managing IT assets and compliance with security standards
• Ability to provide training to end users and transfer knowledge to other IT members
• Proficient in documentation and proposing improvement ideas

Responsabilités

• Address IDEMIA IT related issues according to service-level agreements
• Solve and document Level 1 and sometimes Level 2 IT needs of users
• Support the installation and maintenance of operating systems, software and applications
• Manage communication with internal and external customers from request to resolution
• Assist external providers during IT activities and ensure compliance with company standards
• Manage IT assets and coordinate access to IT tools
