Job summary

Dashdoc in Paris seeks a Project Manager for Dutch-speaking Key Accounts within the Customer Success team. You’ll manage projects end to end, ensuring smooth deployment and supporting the sales team on complex deals.

Based in France with on-site client visits to Belgium and the Netherlands, you will coordinate with Sales, Product and Tech to deliver a seamless user experience and drive client success. Fluency in Dutch and English, plus a valid driver’s license, are required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong client-facing and project-management capabilities.
• Ability to analyze data, define KPIs, and drive multi-project prioritization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in a business context.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation for customers in Belgium (Flanders) and the Netherlands.
• Coordinate with technical integrations team to ensure Dashdoc integrates into client IT ecosystems.
• Deliver strong user experience and client relationship, serving as the main contact across Sales, Product, and Tech.
• Identify growth opportunities by understanding client needs and supporting them accordingly.
• Gather client feedback and contribute to internal process improvements.
• Contribute to growth on the Benelux market.
