Job summary

Inria is offering an internship focused on implementing and validating control algorithms for drones. You will study single-agent drone control approaches from literature and implement them on the PRETIL platform, emphasizing practical aspects and performance analysis.

The role includes writing a comprehensive report detailing learning steps, design choices, implemented algorithms, results, and potential improvements, under the supervision of researchers at the Lille Inria center.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent required for internship.
• Strong background in automatic control and mobile robotics.
• Experience with multi-agent systems is desirable.
• Programming and implementation of control algorithms.
• Ability to analyze and report technical results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Study drone control algorithms from existing literature.
• Implement, test and validate algorithms on the PRETIL platform.
• Analyze performance: stability, accuracy, robustness, coordination.
• Produce a detailed report describing methods, algorithms and results.
