Doctolib is seeking a Product Design Director for the Patient experience to define and elevate the design vision across patient journeys. You will lead a team of designers, work with product, engineering, medical, data and business leadership, and shape AI-native experiences that are clear, trustworthy and impactful.

You will oversee the entire patient journey from access to care to health management, ensuring high quality design and a scalable operating model across countries and languages.

Formación

• 10+ years in product design, including 3+ years in people leadership.
• Experience in a consumer product organisation used by millions.
• Experience designing and scaling products across multiple markets with localisation.
• Experience managing five Product Designers or more.
• Strong product design craft and judgement.
• Experience linking design choices to measurable outcomes.
• Understanding of AI-native product experiences.
• Ability to operate across complex products and stakeholders.
• A concise and compelling communication style to align senior stakeholders.
• Healthcare experience is valuable but not required.
• Fluency in English; French or German would be a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the design vision for the Patient stream, from booking to ongoing health support.
• Bridge challenges between core access-to-care journeys and new Health Companion experiences.
• Raise the quality bar for product design, interaction design and content across the patient experience.
• Stay close to the product to make high-quality design decisions.
• Shape AI-native experiences including recommendations, conversational interfaces and next-best actions.
• Establish strong design principles for transparency, explainability and safe escalation.
• Build a high-performing design organisation, including hiring and talent development.
• Create effective ways of working across Design, Product, Engineering, Medical, Data and Business.
• Scale a coherent experience across countries, languages and healthcare contexts.
• Connect design decisions to user behaviour, product outcomes and business impact.
