Job summary

Doctolib is seeking a Product Design Director for the Patient journey to shape the next generation of AI-powered health experiences. You will lead a team of Senior Product Designers and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Medical, Data and Business leadership to unify design across countries and languages.

You will define the design vision for high-traffic booking and Health Companion experiences, raise the bar for UX quality, and drive operating models to scale the Patient product

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product design and 3+ years in people leadership.
• Experience in a consumer product organisation with a large user base.
• Track record designing and scaling products across multiple markets.
• Experience managing at least five Product Designers.
• Strong product design craft and the ability to raise standards.
• Experience with AI-native product experiences, e.g. recommendations or conversational interfaces.
• Fluent English; French or German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the design vision for the Patient stream, from booking to Health Companion.
• Lead and develop a high-performing design team across Product, Engineering, Medical, Data and Business.
• Scale coherent experiences across countries, languages and healthcare contexts.
• Shape AI-native experiences that are clear, useful and trustworthy.
• Establish design principles for transparency, uncertainty and safe escalation in healthcare contexts.
