Job summary

Doctolib in Paris is seeking a Director of AI Developer Experience to lead a new AI DevEx team and own CI and developer experience for a fast-growing AI-driven engineering org. You will design and scale tooling, workflows, and feedback loops that help engineers write, test, review and ship code with speed and quality.

Qualifications

• Led Developer Experience, Developer Productivity or Build/CI orgs serving 300+ engineers with measurable adoption and productivity gains.
• Deep technical credibility across CI/CD, build and test infrastructure, monorepo graphs, caching and merge queues.
• 5+ years as a manager of managers, hiring and growing engineering leaders and staff ICs.
• Strong written communication and structured thinking; able to set and meet success metrics.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Build tools/workflows for writing, testing, reviewing and merging code with fast, reliable feedback.
• Own testing/feedback for monolith and satellite services, elevating CI capabilities.
• Drive developer productivity metrics in AI/DORA context and make them actionable for feature teams.
• Lead inner-loop experience: environments, onboarding, editor integration, sandboxing.
• Grow the DevEx team and evolve AI adoption from SWAT to permanent capability.
• Partner with Product Engineering/Management to understand internal users and drive adoption.
