Job summary

Doctolib is seeking a Director of AI Developer Experience to lead the new AI Developer Experience team and own CI and Developer Experience scope. You will drive tooling and workflows enabling agents to write, test, review and merge code, with strong emphasis on evaluation, security checks and fast feedback loops.

The role involves owning testing and feedback for monolith and satellite services, advancing developer productivity metrics in the AI era, and shaping inner-loop experiences,

Qualifications

• Led Developer Experience, Developer Productivity or Build/CI organisations serving 300+ engineers with measurable adoption and productivity outcomes.
• Deep technical credibility across CI/CD, build and test infrastructure, monorepo graphs, test selection, caching, merge queues and flake management.
• 5+ years of experience as a manager of managers: hiring, growing and leveling engineering managers and staff-plus ICs.
• Comfortable setting success metrics and being held to them, with strong written communication and structured thinking.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Build tools and workflows that allow agents to write, test, review and merge code, including evaluation, security checks and controls.
• Own testing and feedback for the monolith and satellite services, elevating CI to an agent-testing capability.
• Own developer productivity measurement in AI DORA, autonomous change rate and complementary indicators.
• Lead the inner-loop experience: local and remote environments, onboarding, editor integration and sandboxing.
• Build and organise the team, developing agentic skills internally as AI adoption becomes permanent.
• Partner with Product Engineering and Product Management to understand internal users and drive adoption.
