Jobgether is seeking a Video Editor / Storyboard Writer based in France to develop detailed, performance-driven storyboards for paid social ads and direct-response campaigns.

You will craft hooks, scene directions, and production notes, and edit content using Premiere Pro. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to optimize engagement, retention, and conversions with AI-assisted techniques.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop storyboards for paid social ads or performance campaigns.
• Strong grasp of direct-response principles and retention-focused creative.
• Experience with DTC brands or UGC-style advertising.
• Solid understanding of Meta, TikTok, YouTube formats and best practices.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and generative content.

Responsabilités

• Create detailed, performance-driven storyboards for paid social ads, defining visual and narrative flow.
• Provide precise actor directions and on-screen actions for each scene.
• Deliver production guidance to editors, including stock footage and motion graphics recommendations.
• Develop hooks, angles, pattern interrupts, and ad structures across platforms.
• Iterate concepts using performance data and feedback to improve engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing, editing, and copywriting teams to strengthen concepts.
• Edit video content using Premiere Pro (and After Effects when needed).
• Leverage AI tools to enhance production workflows and creativity.
• Manage multiple concepts with speed, consistency and quality.
