Joko in Paris is seeking a Growth Creative Intern to help run our creative machine across channels like Meta, TikTok, ASA, Google, and Moloco. You will coordinate content sources, work with creators and platforms, and build AI-powered workflows to accelerate the team.

You’ll learn how performance creative drives growth at scale, the full mobile UA stack, and how to run a creative production engine from brief to live asset to learning, with hands-on AI tools to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education: You are pursuing a Master's degree in a business, communication, or creative school, ideally with a focus on marketing, growth, or media.
• Experience: You're looking for a 6-month internship, ideally with a first experience in growth, social, content, or a creative environment.
• Creative eye: You have taste. You can tell what makes an ad scroll-stopping, and you're excited to make a lot of them.
• AI-native: You already use AI tools daily and are eager to push what they can do for creative and automation.
• Analytical: You're comfortable with numbers and want to connect creative choices to performance.
• Ops mindset: You're proactive, organized, and resourceful. You like building systems that make everyone around you faster.
• Languages: You're fluent in French and proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Location: Paris.

Responsabilités

• Own the creative supply chain end to end. You coordinate every source of content - internal designers and video editors, freelancers, UGC creators, AI-generated assets - and keep a single source of truth for what's in production, what's live, and what's next.
• Turn insights into briefs, and briefs into hits. You brief creators and freelancers with sharp, data-informed directions, grow our network of UGC creators and production partners, and translate what's working across our channels into the next batch of angles to test.
• Master the ad platforms. You get hands-on with Meta, TikTok, ASA, Google, and Moloco. You stay on top of new ad products, placements, and creative features as platforms ship them, and make sure every asset is adapted and optimized for the surface it runs on.
• Lift the team through AI and automation. You build the tools and workflows that make creative production faster (naming conventions, asset libraries, tagging, dashboards), put AI to work across the process (generative image and video, variation at scale, scripting, FR/EN localization), and partner with our EA and automation stack (n8n and connected tools) to remove manual work end to end.
