Finary's media team in Paris is seeking a Video Editor Intern to join the senior editing team, taking ownership of essential editing tasks such as derushing, assembly, formatting, exports, and shorts adaptations. Your work will directly increase the channel's output capacity.

You'll learn our full production system and be pushed to accelerate your workflow with AI, under regular craft feedback and mentorship from senior editors.

Qualifications

• AI-first mindset and willingness to push AI in editing workflows.
• Rigor and reliability in keeping clean project files and consistent naming.
• Taste in pacing, sound, and cut quality; strong drive to learn and improve.

Responsabilités

• Derush and prepare raw footage for the senior editing team.
• Edit recurring formats: intros, shorts/reels adaptations, standard segments.
• Handle exports, file organization, and project hygiene across the pipeline.
• Use and improve AI-assisted workflows (asset generation, transcription, automation of repetitive steps).
• Contribute editing ideas: pacing, sound design, motion, thumbnails.
